I want to say tiling, but that means tessellation to most, and this is not that. Space filling structure? Not really that either.
Saw this piece from Ghee Beom Kim, reminded me of one of my favorite structures, how each quadrilater dictates a plane filling by similarity.

For this, I limited myself to kites, defined by the rotation around the chosen center point. I've also got to think about the kite interiors - seems tricky for GGB.
